Tenant find covers everything up to move-in day: a written rent estimate, dusk photography and a floor plan, listings on the main portals and our own site, accompanied viewings, income and reference checks, the tenancy contract and a photographed inventory. After move-in you manage the tenancy yourself, with our template letters if you need them.
