Chiado

Chiado is where people move when they want to walk everywhere. Most of our homes here are in restored nineteenth-century buildings with lifts, tall windows and small balconies over the street. Renters are usually professionals relocating to Lisbon, so we let on 12-month contracts and almost never see an empty month. Owners like it for the steady demand and the low wear on a well-kept flat.
